Product Images and Sizes are approximate and are not guaranteed to be exactly the same. We try to provide images as accurate to the posters as possible. However, once in a while there may be minor differences. For example, the date or credits may or may not be depicted on the poster. The poster sizes given may be off by 1/2 inch to 1 1/2 inches, which is pretty negligible to the eye.

Orders are shipped by USPS First Class. Orders are typically processed & shipped within 3-5 business days. USPS First Class estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days according to usps.com. Please be informed these are estimats by USPS not us. Please also note, we have no control over your shipments once it is in the hands of the delivery service.

Order Process:
1. Orders received
2. Orders authorized and passes risk checks
3. Orders packaged
4. Orders shipped (steps 1-4 in total takes about 3-5 business days)
5. USPS delivers it to you (another 3-5 business days)
Therefore, it takes approximately 6-10 business days for the package to get to your door.

For express shipping, contact us with which poster(s) you want and we will generate the product pages with express shipping. Express shipping will be $24.99 per order.

Items damaged by the USPS
Damaged items can be exchanged if stock is still available or returned for full refund minus shipping charges if it fits our guidelines within 30 days of the ship date. Items are considered defective if the product(s) were damaged once received without the buyer mishandling it. If the USPS damages shipments, we will need to see a digital image of the damaged tube and the poster. If the image sufficiently proofs the order was damaged in transit, we will re-ship at no additional cost or give you a full refund. We ask for these images to protect us and our customers. We reserve the right to deem if a product is indeed damaged.

If the shipping address was given to us incorrectly and the order gets returned back to us, we will have to charge for shipping again as we cannot be responsible for the extra cost the customer made. If we made the shipping address mistake, we will rectify the problem.

Discontinued Items
Since we never know if an item is discontinued by our supplier until we receive an order, we can not guarantee availability of all items at all times. You will be notified by email if an item has been discontinued and will not be charged for the item. If you have ordered more than one item, you will receive an email asking if you would like to proceed with the order.

We hope all those safety precautions did not scare you away. But, they are there for a reason. :-)
