Is it safe to shop online with HelloGoodbuy?
All credit card/address information are sent encrypted through Google Checkout and/or Paypal, which are considered to be safe methods. Your personal and private information will not be shared with anyone but for it's intended purpose: to process and deliver your order(s) and occasionally send out email updates.
How do I cancel my order?
Send us an email at email@example.com with the subject "CANCEL ORDER" and include your order # in the subject line or in the email. Your order will be canceled if it has not already been shipped.
If it has already shipped you can return the unopened item back to us within 20 days of the ship date for full product price refund excluding shipping fees. Refunds will not be given if the poster comes back damaged. Please wrap the items carefully.
I got an damaged item. What now?
Damaged items can be exchanged if stock is still available or returned for full refund minus shipping charges if it fits our guidelines and within 30 days of the ship date. Items are considered defective if the product(s) were damaged once received without the buyer mishandling it. If the USPS damages shipments, we will need to see a digital image of the damaged tube and the poster. If the image sufficiently proofs the order was damaged in transit, we will re-ship at no additional cost or give you a full refund. We ask for these images to protect us and our customers. We reserve the right to deem if a product is indeed damaged. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped by USPS First Class. USPS First Class estimated delivery time is 3-5 Business Days according to usps.com. During holidays such as Christmas the delivery times may be delayed.
Please keep in mind that products also need to be processed before shipment. Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days.
